The lifetime of a gown is defined as three years. During the first three years, we will repair or replace and provide return shipping for a defective gown. In the unlikely event that you have a problem with one of our gowns, call or email customer service to open a claim. Packages must include the original copy of the packing slip and a brief reason for return. After the three-year lifetime of the gown we will provide replacement zippers for our gowns. This Guarantee is void if gown used for commercial purposes.
